Few questions.

If you have one minor vigor and one major vigor on you, do they stack to give both life? and what if you had two major vigors?

and another thing, whats the max defence given on a staff wrapping?

no - Runes of any kind do not stack, it will read the higher level rune and the lower one will just sit there in waste.

The highest I have seen on a staff wrapping is 4, I think someone mentioned once that you can get 5 but it is extremely rare.

Are you sure about that. I put 2 runes of Axe Mastery on my armor last night and I could swear that my Axe attribute went up accordingly.

No, only the highest rune is counted, if you have a minor axe rune, and a major axe rune, it would only go up 2.

Ok so I was probably tired when I thought that it changed.

Just to clarify, absolutely no runes stack so that I don't want any duplicate attribute runes, duplicate absorption runes, or duplicate vigor runes. This helps me to decide what type of runes to get as before I was worried about leaving certain ones out of the mix.

So even if you have 2 minors of the same type they won't stack? Agh, I've wasted some money!

Nope they don't stack but you are able to add a different attribute rune and they both will count.

i found a 5 armor one yesterday, does anyone know what its worth?

Was it Defense or Shelter? I have never seen a 5 Defense but Shelter I have.
