Where can you find the monk 15k armor? Are there different sets situated in different areas?

You can find the 15k monks armour in the underworld, wich can be entered from The Temple Of Ages, by praying at the statue of grenth( /kneel command)

You mean Fissure of Woe in Temple of the ages or at Marhan's Grotto or Granite Citadel.

The grotto/citadel ones are different from the FoW
