WTB Axe 12k and up+++

First off, NO CHAOS

I am in the market for a 6-28dmg axe, would like a +12% (or up)dmg while hp>50% or while hexxed/enchanted, would also like an armor or health add.

Would also prefer no added runes, but if their are some let me know what they are.

I will offer more if axe is serpant or hatchet.

12k is base price, (quite negotiable)
