Selling: Max Golden Sword W/ +18 Percent Damage Increase

Hi, I stumbled upon a Max Damage Vampric Brute Sword of Defence, so its 15-22 damage, has a life stealing ratio of 2 to 1, and +5 armor. While the mods suck, it features a +18% damage increase while your life is below 50%. While a lot of people prefer it being above, the percent is rare in itself, and honestly, why would you want the increase in damage above 50%, when it would only make you weaker as you lose life? Anyways, I really haven't sold a lot of stuff, but I do know that since the innate increase is rare, the sword should be worth a great deal. I really can't suggest a target price because I don't know what it's truly worth, although I do know it's a price that makes me feel comfortable, perhaps around 30k.
