for 5 - 11 secs you have a 75% chance to evade melee and arrow attacks and you attack 33% faster

hunters shot - marksmanship
If hunters shot hits you strike for +3 - 18 damage, If this attack hits a mmoving or knocked down foe that foe begins belading for 3 - 25 secs
penetrating attack - marksmanship
if penertrating attack hits you strike for +10 - 20 damage and this attack has 20% amour penertration
Savage shot - marksmanship
if savage shot hits, your targets action is interupted, if that action was a spell, you strike for 13 - 28 damage
mark of subversion - blood magic
for 4 -10 the next time target foe casts a spell on an ally the spell fails and you steel 10 - 92 health from that foe
unholy feast - blood magic
steal 8 - 40 health from each nearby foe.
strip enchantment - blood magic
target for loses 1 enchantment and you gain 30 - 120 health
basicly this is an anti caster/anti monk build. strip enhantment to remove and buffs then have, interupts to stop then getting any spells off and a bit of self healing for wen you get massed

Lightning reflexes for tigers fury using that last point there and a minor rune...
and minor runes for other skills being used and a major vigor for the extra health.

nearby party members gain +20 amour for 5 - 11 secs

Sheild of regeneration {E} - Protection prayers
for 5 - 11 secs, target ally gains 3 - 10 Health regen and 40 amour
Vital Blessing - Protection prayers
While you maintain this enchantment, Target ally has +40 - 200 Max health

just a tank to dish some damage while provinging the healer some support with sheild of regen, also uses vital blessing to increase health to soak up even more dmg or help a party member
C&C on these plz, i havent had a chance to test them out yet, (i dont have the skills yet) and please only suggest changes where the theme of the char is preserved, so no you ranger should be a trapper type suggestions plz.

I would recomend "Victory is Mine" over Sheild of Regeneration for that specific build. You are laying down Bleeding, Deep Wound, and Cripple. VIM is an instacast and would net you +10 energy and a ton of health. If you are planning on being a random team arena fighter with this build that makes it doubly important. Self heal is crucial in almost every case except arranged team style PvP (like the HoK) where you can depend more fully on your ally monk.

Oh yeah, definitely. I'm with ya on that quote. Any of my Warrior builds includes this elite. Having 0 in tactics means you still get FULL energy benefit.
