I've tried searching for some information on this, but have had no luck. If a thread or guide already exists, please let me know.
I am trying to make use of the Mesmer skill 'Epidemic'. Basically, Epidemic spreads conditions from one affected foe to all near-by foes.
I've managed to get Epidemic to work a number of times, but only with bleeding. I've determined that I can't distinguishing conditons from enchantments/hexes/etc.
With some enchantments/hexes, the enemies health bar changes to a completely different color (e.g. casting Conjure Phantasm changes the health bar to pink). However, some enchantments/hexes display as colored arrows. (e.g. BackFire appears as a pink down arrow).
With the condition 'bleeding,' the enemies health starts to go down and a brown down arrow appears on their health bar. Bleeding is an easy one, but something like 'Blind' that doesn't cause enegy loss... How do you distinguish between a HEX down arrow from a CONDITION down arrow?
My group mates don't always notify me that they are causing conditions, so it is up to me to figure out when I can cast Epidemic. Does anyone know a definate way to tell if an enemy is suffering from a condition?
Any help is much appreciated...
