[PC] Water Staff

This dropped for me while with an awesome group doing some quests in FoW. It is by far the best thing I have ever gotten in FoW or UW as I have yet to get a storm bow, eternal bow, eternal shield, or chaos axe

I am just requesting a price check on this staff. It isn't the best thing in the world, but I am interested in seeing what I could get for it IF it were to go on the market.

those 19% chances are very nice, but too bad theyre for earth magic and domination... not something a water elementalist uses. I'd say its worth about 5k more than a regular maxed out staff.

You can get 20% chances on the right attribute from collectors, so the 19% chances aren't all that nice. The +4 energy is the main thing here.
