I'm fairly sure I came across one from a collector the other day that was:

+10 energy
+5 Armor While Enchanted
+45 Health While Enchanted

Not sure if the +2 energy is that big of a difference, though.

EDIT: Also wanted to add that either way that's a damn nice flame artifact.
