WTB: Smiting Wand with good +Energy

Im looking for a Smiting Wand with good +Energy..I dont know how much its going to cost me for a good one..But i have 10k I know it isnt much..Hopefully it will be enough?

Light Dmg: 3-4(req. 4 Smiting Prayers)
Energy +3(while health is above 80%)
Energy +3(while health is above 60%)
Energy +3(while Health is above 40%)
Two-handed

Is that the one you were trying to show a picture of? The bottom Stats? If so, i dont think that will do, since its 2 handed Im gunna beed like..10 from the Wand, and then hopefully 12-20 if possible from a Icon thing
