WTS A Shield so regular...

Sorry if that title breaks a rule or whatever, but I found this and am wondering if it could fetch any gold. I heard about this idea that if you have a sword with requirement of 8, then each point you have in that required attribute more than what is required (if that clause makes any sense), then you gain +4% of the base stat.
So, I don't know if this is worth anything but I might as well come here and tell you about it before I loot it.
