Stuck..

Hi.
I am currently level 15 and I don't where to go or where to quest. At the moment my quest log is empty something I plan to change. So, where is a nice place to quest?

What's the farthest city you've made it to? Have you done the actual city missions like Ruins of Surmia or Fort Ranik? Basically keep moving west until you find more cities. Check out the map on this site for the locations.

Done Ruins of Surmia and Fort Ranik and those two other so I am in Yak's Bend. Done two missions there and a lot of quests. But now I cant find any new quests.

There is one mission about escorting the settlers or something to that effect, where you fight and protect the refugees all the way to the ranger char for the reward. Instead of stopping continue on through that valley right there and you will get a mission that will carry you to the next mission. The valley leads to a cave with alot of snow Ettins in them. There is a char just inside the cave with a quest "!", talk to him and follow the quest, you'll get there.

head SW of Yaks bend to the next town, can get more quests there and then continue on to gates of Kryta
