i guess.

cuz yellow armors still turn to major runes. maybe higher def higher chance?

but i dont know if it's proven/stated anywhere in this forum yet.

but even lvl 30-31? (i forget.ones i had) turned superior, so maybe its just superstition/luck. hehe.

again maybe not.
