Sharing passes is misleading a lot of people.

In the pre-order you get 2 invitations

1. Is a formal invitation to All Guild Wars Beta Events

2. A free pass to invite a friend to "ONE" Beta Event

You cant share codes, you can only give the friends pass to someone to take part in one BWE. Hope this clears things up for many.
