[WTB] Gold Max Damage Flamberge/Spatha/Wingblade

I'm looking for a sword with stats as below.

Gold - Flamberge/Spatha/Wingblade (Others are welcome 2, but those 3 are my favorites. Please NO Fellblades, Crystalline or Dragon Swords!).

Requirements - 9 or less. Absolutely NO higher then 9.

DMG +15% - all the time, when health >50% or while enchanted.
Incase its +15% all the time, i'd rather have the -5 NRG penalty instead of the others. If thats the case, Zealous 1:1 would be nice, but this is not necessary.

Health +30 would be awesome, allthough once again, its not necessary. I can buy the rest of the mods after i get the sword.

I have a sundering spatha with +13% all the time -5 energy, it's also got a sundering hilt chance 9% if interested, only drawback I guess is it's req. is 10.
