how do i reach the UW crafter ?

any players here have reached UW(underworld) crafter before ?
i find it easy to reach the Fissure crafter but so far havent reached the UW crafter.

someone told me tat i just need to do the "RESTORE MONUMENT" quest in the underworld to get the crafter out.. is that true ? so far i restored all except 1 monument (the one with 50+ dryders) and got wiped out by ghost horse.. LOL

anyone ? help pls

i dont think the UW has a crafter anymore.. i remember a while back someone reached the UW crafter and it required like 10000 monstrous clawns and 10000 monstrous fangs and 10000 of everything else (literally)
