15-22 flameberg
+13% > 50%
zealous mod
+26 hp

for 80k within 15 min of spamming (although I did get lucky).

yeah the sword is well worth 100k alright, and 3:1 life stealing def a plus, i've sold couple 13% always sword for 100k flat, though i got tell u they are NOT as good as 50% over ones
