PC/FT: Max dmg shortbow with 14%dmg always and +29 health

Looking for a pc on this bow. I dont play ranger though I'm planning on making one this week and am wondering if this bow is good. It does have a high req but I still think it's nice. I also have a 5/1 string for it if its worth upgrading.

Stats:
Fiery shortbow of fortitude(Req 12 O_O)
fire dmg 15-28
14% dmg always
-5 energy
+29 health

Don't keep for personal use, -5 energy is a big hassle when you put traps in UW.

Don't put 5:1 on it, just sell it as it is. Play a R/mo or R/E, use one +%dmg enchanted.

as if the comment fiery bow string is useless was needed and no 10K is nowhere near what I'm gonna sell it for thnx though.

I've spent more than 50 hours in the UW in the last week and my build works perfectly

I'd say the best possible mods you could get on a bow would be:
15-28
+15% dam.
+30 HP
10% armor penetration(10%)

that would be the godliest bow ever.

Albeit, sometimes I do go in with a Judges Insight+Barrage combo, but thats an entirely different build.
