I've seen the SoF + enfeebling combo. Are there any other skill sets worth mentioning or does he also suck?

Barbs + Mark of Pain + Weaken Armor + Rigor Mortis for a ranger or warrior heavy build.

Enfeebling Blood + Victory Is Mine! could be a good starting point for an AoE build. Throw in Mark of Pain & Cyclone Axe and things start looking good on paper, no?

Barbs and the like suck due to 30 sec recharge. Hex removal hurts it a lot.
