For those of you still looking for pre-order packs, I was in Target today, and they had many of them for $0.99 each. I heard about this in some thread here in GWG, so I had to check it out. I picked up a few to give to friends for this weekend. At 99 cents, you don't even have to feel like you have to buy the full game at Target, if it's not convenient. But it will reserve what characters you create. Tally Ho!
Note that you can have multiple pre-order items with one character. You can apparently enter as many pre-order keys in your final account as you want. So it makes prefect sense to buy additional $1 pre-orders if they are from vendors with different pre-order items.

Yes, your account can have any or all of the seven in-game items. There are six preorder items, as shown on the Preorder Products page. There are five from the U.S. and one from Europe. Plus there is one Collector's Edition special item, the Divine Aura.
If you have a valid access key for the Guild Wars preorder or retail version (Standard or Collector's Edition), you can add those keys at any time to your Account Information page, and those items will be enabled on each of your characters.

they r unique to ur access key, its IMPOSSIBLE to trade them, so choose wisely.

would the guest code also get you a pre-order item added to your account?
I don't think I've seen this answered anywhere, and I might be able to get a chimeric idol if I can use a guest pass....and since I'll be playing an Elementalist, I might as well get something more useful to myself than the ithas bow.

Anyhow, i just want to express my opinion and say that i think they should play this preorder thing like they did in Star Wars Galaxies where CE's got to wear a visor like thing... It added no extra stuff it just looked cool and was a way of saying,"Hey i got CE." And maybe it made them feel a little more special. (Couldnt tell ya, never had CE)
Secondly, even if these preorders are any good i bet by the first expansion that adds new items the preorder ones will be wipped out! hehe gonna use another game called Dark Age of Camelot as an example. Used to be able to get class specific iterms called epic armor they (still can)were super good for the time, but when the expansion came with Trials of Atlantis (added items) the epic armor now went striaght to the crapper.

1. I have 2 preorder keys from the US. I entered them to different accounts (didn't know you can enter them to the same account). How do I know WHICH item do I get from these codes? I didn't buy at Best Buy or EBGames but at a different Internet shop not listed.
2. How do I enter more than 1 code into my account? Can somebody please explain that to me?
