Doppelganger is what they renamed it for whatever reason.

ANYWAY if you're at amnoon you'll head to augury rock next (there is a quest that leads you there) then from augury you'll go to Elona Reach, Dunes of Dispair, and Thirsty River.

All 3 are towns, each of the towns will have a mission.

When you do all 3 missions you will talk to the Preist in Augury rock and do "how do I get etc etc..." then click Yes or take me now I can't remember what it says.

Run into the circle and then onto the 3 rocks!

Basically a thing that infiltrates a group and impersonates a person so the group doesn't know which is the real person and which is the double.
