It's a +20 health. Pretty nice I'd say. But I have no idea how much it is worth. Please help me, I'm kinda new and I have no idea what things are worth in this crazy world of ours.

Very little. Probably a few hundred if you find someone who can't afford higher hp grips. 20 is the min and it goes all the way up to 30.
