15k armour places

Ive only been too 1 town with 15k armor down below the thunderkeep

i was looking for the city with "dragon armor"

if u can tell me the town and where it is or what ever it would be nice if u can tell me

there are currently 3 places with 15k armor. one is marhons grotto, the next is the granite citadel, and the last is fissure. the citadel is north of droknars forge and fissure can be accessed through the temple of the ages.
