#1 is easily worth 100k+
That is probably one of the best hamers Iv'e seen, though -2 sure sucks, its still a damn good hammer. Not sure if there are many people wanting to buy hammers though.

Yeah but that +5 lifesteal makes up for it don't it? ^^

Anyway, I might keep the hammer for my hammer build, I also have a perfect vampiric axe haft and +28hp bowgrip

11 req is sort of unfortunate, the hammer is nice though. If you find the right buyer it could fetch a lot, however, the hammer market is much more practical than the sword/axe/bow market. I'd say a good price would be around 60-90k, but I am sure you can get 100k+ if you find the right buyer.
