If the legends are true and skill level increases damage based on how much higher it is than req, than that 12 req is not so fresh.

Yea juliana i've talked to you about this in game. However, the charles ensign thing does not address the relationship to skill level vs weapon req when going equal to or above the weapon req.

I've tested this multiple times with many kinds of bows, there is absolutely no difference if you have 12 marks.

Yes it does address it by the fact that it does not address it. Silence says a lot. It is no where in the treatise and Charles states that one has everything one needs to know to calculate dmg. There is no place for it in the dmg formulas that he gives us. It would be very strange for him to leave out something this critical to dmg in a treatise that comprehensive.

In order for someone to believe this theory he has to believe in a relationship that is no where to be found in the treatise. A treatise that claims to be comprehensive.

Thanks for offers guys. My highest offer in-game has been 350k, but I've decided to hold onto the bow, at least for now. If you have money there's no point in selling the best items, IMO. And I need a bow.

I sold 2 of those... both for 350K last night... but then my mods werent like that... both 15%>HP req 12 tho
