I Have No Clue What the Max Vampric on a sword is? Anyone Tell ME?

Hmm.. the max for hammers and bows is 5/1, but on Axes and Swords it is 3/1.

Yeah I believe max for swords and axes is 3:1, while bows and (hammers?) get 5:1. This is to make up for the differences in atk speed.
