Low Req Max Dmg BOW (Enchant)

I want to buy a low req (9 is absolute maximum I'll accept) max bow that has +dmg while enchanted mod (preferably 13%+ or more).

I won't say how much I will pay since the type of the bow will decide that so feel free to msg me or reply here or PM to negotiate deal.

+14% chance while enchanted
Armor penetration +10% (8% chance)
Armor +5

I know its not max...but its only one dmg off

i have one max dmg 15% while enchanted 9 req
its collectors bow i will sell for 2.5k
