My inventory packs have numbers...

I got a 2nd acc. and noticed that my packs in my inventory have numbers on them (15-16-17-18)when the packs on my 1st acc. don't. What are they for and how do I get rid of them ?

These are the quick keys to open up your packs, I believe. All accounts should have them - even your first. They're actually the F5, F6, F7, F8 keys (tough to make out the "F") - pressing one will open up a UI window allowing you to view the contents.
