Hi,
I was wondering if there is anything at the guild Halls (ie. merchants, dye traders, material trades, armor, wepons etc.)?

No I am afraid not.I have one and I was shocked there was not even a storage ...All it is is a metting place for guilds and a place to do Guild Battle.

You should at least have access to your storage so that you can transfer items between guild members much quicker and easier.

well, presonally I think that it should be like a miniature town, like what I asked. Should have its OWN storage for guild funds, weapons, armor, merchants, skills etc.

I totally agree. Guildhalls are pretty lame as of yet. Hopefully these good ideas will be incorporated into the game.

I wouldn't call it lame ... more strategically put ... 'room for expansion' or 'open for development' or ... lol ... and the show stopper 'work in progress' ...

Anet will definately be developing this side more, you can count on it, as the name of the game is 'GUILD'wars. So what I believe they are doing is testing various options and planning what is really worth implementing. Currently they are blank because well, if they loaded it with functions, people would complain about something else perhaps too much useless crap ... its easier to maintain it by leaving it open and adding slowly to it as oppose to coming fully loaded and taking away from it.

If you check the recent interview with Gaile Gray, youll see that they are almost certainly going to be adding new features to Guild Halls and GVG.

i look forward to the link on the interview as well, yes i would LOVE it to be more town like with NPCs wandering around and they can like bow to you if you stand in front of them since your team is like the lords of the land. Would be cool if you could get money by winning through pristege. more wins the more you can tax the ppl and more would move into town! LOL. I would so be a twisted landlord
