No. The only other way to get one is from aperson or from winning the Hall of Heros.The easiest in fact would be the trader.I bought one myself.

you dont actually customize them, you have a choice of about 8 diffrent guild halls, you get to pick which one you want. You can go to Lions Arch and do a tour of the guild halls.
