better and even more rare armor in the unterworld?

hello,

i heard a rumour about armor in the unterworld!
It should be 60K a piece and you need very rare crafting material.

Can anyone confirm this??
or even explain what you need and the cost and exact location.

I think so.I think it is called Fissure armor.I have read a ton about it.So to answer the question yes.

Its Armor you Find in the Fissure of Woe... its still costs 15K but the materials for it cost a truck load and are hard to find.

There is no special armour available in The Underworld, only in The Fissure of Woe.

Fissure armor will run between 750k and 1 mil.

say what? er... how is that possible when the ingame cash limit is 130K...

Oh that is complete rubbish, A.Net would not add armor in which requires the user to open more then one account thus costing with an additional £25 to buy the game.

You need Golbs of Ectoplasum and two others which I don't recall off the top of my head.

The armor itself is 15k per piece.but you require 105 shards and 105 ectos as well,and a bunch of less rare stuff.Have you checked ecto and shard prices this could easily go 1 mil for the set.

Well not really, I manage to collect some materials slow but surely by waiting at the right moment to buy them.

Most people buy shards and ectos for 1K each... meaning 105 costs 105000 for what you need.

Meaning to collect the first amound you need 210000...

Common Materials costs chicken feed to buy. and the Jaws you can collect in the dersert with a bit of farming.

Hardly coming up to 1million now is it... total cost I think is more long the lines of 400,000 less.... and that's if you paid for everything.

k guys lemme give you the real information about Fissure armor since i have it. I have the Male Warrior Fissure Armor. it requires 120 ectoplasm, 120 obsidian shards, 400 iron, and either 40 fur/scales/leather depending on what armor you chose. all three types offered (Ascalon, Dragon, Gladiator) look exactly the same. the cost per piece is 15k but the materials will put your total cost for the armor at about 800k- 1 million. here is a link to my thread with pics and more info.

also, ectoplasm and shards are not 1k apiece, not even close. they usually sell for 3k apiece but lately they have been even higher.

hmmmmm the mosr rare armor in game is still the 60k sets you cant at some towns in the ice. the underworld is the black island richt ??

Towns in the Southern Shiverpeaks you mean The black islands are the Fire Islands, and the last section of the game. The underworld is a special area accessed from the Temple of Ages when your server has the favour the gods.

And Kratos The Impaler I've collected loads of Ectos and Shares for 1K so far... just need to wait for the right place and time. Peak time for example is not the best time to be asking for them.

Yes... I know that the "Rare Material Trader" in Lion's Arch sometimes have them for sell... but always expensive.

Don't know where you shop but it has been awhile since iv'e seen shards or ecto for less than 3k each.As for looting it hehe the drops are so poor that would take like 100 years.

there arent any places where you can get them for that cheap anymore, they used to cost that much til the demand for them skyrocketed. now they go for over 3k everywhere because you can sell them back to the Rare Materials Trader for at least 3k at all times. check out Lions Arch and Temple Of The Ages and you will see that NONE of these materials sell for less than 3k.

I just want to confirm my understanding...
The Fissure Armor is the same as the armor from Marhaan's Grotto and the Grantite Citadel but just requires a stupid amount of rare materials?
And could anyone tell me what ranger armor is availibe in the fissure, because in Marhaan's Grotto and the Grantite Citadel there arnt any ranger mask which was a bit disapointing.

I actually need to look at the Grottho & Citadel again cause the first time looking and realizing the only difference between the 15k & the 1.5k is asthetics......I stopped looking at that point.

Agreed the ectoplasm & shards are currently in the 3-4k range and unless you're able to buy the majority of them.....getting enough to complete a set of Fissure armour is unrealistic.
And 800k-1Mil sounds about right since you would most definitely be buying most if not all of the matterials (have been in the Fissure 100 times or so and have 7 shards/6 Plasm atm)

corax, Fissure armor has the same stats as the armor in Marhon's Grotto and The Granite Citadel, yes, but it looks much different. i personally think it looks the best but it does require a ridiculous amount of materials. and for the other part of your question, there is ranger armor in fissure. here are some pics of the male Ranger Fissure armor......
