2) No Mo/E has any skill points in E.
3) Smite has a collector staff 10 energy, 20/20 recharge/cast
4) This staff has very limited use
5) People buy it to salvage +29hp hale
6) +29hp hale is anywhere from 25k to 50k now.
7) I guess 40% chance to salvage that.

you will most likely get around 10K for it.

salvage for health mod. staff isnt worth much at all
