Mes Performer's Armor question

Is the inherent bonus to the armor similar to the Ascalon/Knights armor where 1 piece gives the bonus to the set without stacking? Or does each piece of armor stack on itself since it states +? Will defintely make a difference in the way I mix and match my 1.5k armor set (personally the 60k's are looks so i doubt they'll be mixed).
