Dont let me sell my good wepons! Im an idiot.

I have just made a mistake many would call stupid, so to keep other idiots from commiting the same error, i will humiliate my self. When you choose an alternate item, such as another bow for longer range, could you not have that as an option to sell, id like it to be hidden in some way from the merchant "sell" list. Or, make an "Are you sure?" box that asks if you realy want to sell the wepon in your wepon set. If this isnt clear enough, respond and i will repost to try and clear this delema up, please, Guild Wars, i beg you to do this!

A "are you sure" any time you sell something customized woulf probably work fine, and be an easy fix. I've done it too. When my first char was in Piken i sold my barbed ascalon razor of charr slaying by accident :-)

Being able to sell a weapon you have equipped or in secondary equiptment setups should be regarded as a bug.

Although I am far too careful with this to have ever sold anything I plan to use again, I do see a reason why equipment in your f1-f4 hotkeys should not be able to be sold.

Ok, im glad there were a few responses agreeing with me. Im not saying to have a "Are you sure" on EVERY item, merely the ones you have selected for you F1-F4 hotkeys. To have an "Are you sure" for every item would be unreasonable and pesterouse.

I personally keep all my alternate items in my Belt Pouch, so I just uncheck the Belt Pouch button in the sell menu. If you have more, you can do the same with a bag.

I keep all my items that I do not want to sell in my last bag starting from the last location. This way all items and other junk I pickup will show up at the top of the sell list.

Sometimes when i'm in a rush i'm sure i've sold something by accident. A conformation would be nice along with not being able to sell anything equiped. (either primary and/or secondary)...in the shop window there's no indicator for any secondary weapons that are equiped.

yah man thats actually a solid idea! i like it u should send that into arena.net maybe they will consider it cuz i know im a victum of that a few times! :P
