Is Marksmanship linked to accuracy with a bow?

Is Marksmanship linked to accuracy with a bow?

If i dont put any Points in marksmanship will that effect my accuracy with the bow or is it an attribute for the Bow attack skills only.

Accuracy is defined as how well you are able to hit the target. if the target is stationary, you will hit it, even if it can block that shot, (assuming that you have direct line of sight, are within range, etc.). if the target is moving, you will automatically fire according to the current vector of movement. that means if your target is not running in a straight line, you will likely miss. all this is automatic and occurs independently of your attribute levels.

what marksmanship does affect, however, is the damage of your bow. assuming that you meet the required level to use your bow, you will still only do 100% damage at a level 12 marksmanship. also, most attack skills tied to markmanship will also increase in damage as you increase marksmanship.
