WOOOOOO 60k is sick. low req... real low.. probably lowest(DUH!) lol... 38 HP while enchanted... i think 40 is max.. or 45. 16 armor.. mad nice. but reinforced shields look ugly. i would loev to bid.. but its at 60k already... too crazy lol

supposedly 48 is the max under a condition such as enchanted, hexed, stance, etc. But I have never seen 48 personally. 30 is the max for health all the time and I have seen one of those shields (the owner wouldn't sell...). I have seen up to a 44 while enchanted and once someone offering a 45 hp while enchanted. Hmmm... I really don't mind on the look either way. Lol I am still undecided. 8 is super low and definitely low enough. Some 16 armor shields do come with a 7 req though.

ha I bought a shadow shield 16 armor with 28 permanent health for 8k lucky me, its got pretty gold lettering too :P
