It's nothing great. Ascalon bows (essentially short bows) with the same requirement and with 15>50 only go for 2-5k. Many reject the ascalon bows only because they want a gold halfmoon/shortbow for the "look". Since this is blue and worse than the ascalon bow, people will only want the string on this. I'd say 2k is max on this.
