hi can anyone pls tell me where to find the collector for flame artifact?
i want to find the one with 20%/20%..!

I think there's one in Mineral Springs (hear NW from Granite Citadel through Tasca's Demise, then follow the path north to a little house). The Guys wants Avacaria Scalps, but there are loads in Mineral Springs to get.
