One more question. How often do you come across out-post and cities in GW...
Also how expansive are the out-post and stuff. Tell me some about the world and mapping and stuff of that sort in this thread...PLEASE?!?>

bare bones

no going indoors

basically open air market

once you reach any form of outpost town etc you can simply open map clivk on it and you are there

obviously no need for horses riding tigers or whatnots

who knows what the future will bring?

at the moment, many outposts are fairly sparse -- they only contain henchmen and perhaps a crafter, outfitter, skill trainer, or lore keeper.
the map is divided up into zones and my best guess is that you can usually find an outpost within 1 or 2 zones of the last one.
