As topic, I can't use window mode, as it goes sort of like, minimized.
Also, if I try to go 1024 res, it does this weird flipping out.
It was okay yestaday??
Cant Use Window Mode Or Run In 1024 Anymore?

Did you update the drivers, play any games that may have updated the drivers such as Battlefield 2, and what is your system specs.

See if the proper refresh rate is set for that resolution, too high of a refresh rate will cause flipping and distortion.

If not, are you sure you are clicking on the Window Mode icon and not the Minimize icon?
Check that your Monitor in display properties is set to Plug and Play and not Default Monitor.
Are you running CRT or LCD?
Lot more info is required, and as Elrey says, Machine Specs is very much needed for us to help you further.

I've managed to fix the 1024 res problem, but I still can't use windowed mode, and yes, it was all working fine the other day, and no, i don't have any other games.

Also, what version of drivers are you running for your Geforce and have you tried a full uninstall of the drivers, run driver cleaner to clean any unused files and then install the drivers again?
Always helps if you add a little more info on things you have done before we start repeating what you may have already tried.

To fix the 1024 thing, I tabbed out, tabbed back, (so it goes 1024 from 800 and all screwy) then pressed reset on my PC, and it fixed it.
I have the 3rd newest drivers, as I found the most newest ones lagged my PC. But as I said, guild wars 'used' to be able to do windowed mode.
