there are many servers out there but they are all seemlessly integrated so you only ever see 1; there are no shards or servers in the WoW sense.
you are allowed 4 characters per account at the moment.

can go to any

if one fills up a new *district* opens

you can choose any district to meet friends

no locked in shards or servers
