Switching secondary classes.

I started out as a W/N, now I'm a W/Mo, thinking of changing to a W/El for unlocking a few skills.

If I change back to a W/N, do I still have access to all the skills I had back when I was a W/N? or say W/Mo?

and If I've finished the Monks path, do I have to do the quest again to become a W/Mo again? or does it change when I ask him?

You keep skills and you dont have to do the quest again. I switch back to W/N, you do though since you never did the quest for it. After then, any desert npc that gives a class change skill can be used to change you back instantly.
