Skills:
1) Aura of Restoration - (10,14,20) For 60 seconds, you are healed for 366% of the energy cost each time you cast a spell.
2) Earth Attunement - (10,2,60) For 58 seconds, you are attuned to Earth. You gain 30% of the energy cost of the spell each time you use Earth Magic.
3) Arcane Echo - (15,2,30) If you cast a spell in the next 14 seconds, Arcane Echo is replaced with that spell for 20 seconds. Arcane Echo ends prematurely if you use a non-spell skill.
4) Crystal Wave - (15,3.4 sec,20) Foes near you are struck for 94 damage, but are cured of any negative conditions. This spell ignores armor and magic resistance.
5) Echo (elite) - (15,2,30) For 14 seconds, Echo is replaced with the next skill you use. Echo acts as this skill for 20 seconds. This is an elite skill.
6) Aftershock - (10,3.4sec,10) Nearby enemies are struck for 95 damage. Knocked down characters are struck for 64 additional damage.
7) Obsidian Flame - (5,2,5) Deal 106 damage to target foe. This spell ignores armor. This spell causes exhaustion.
8) Ward Against Foes - (10,1,20) You create a ward against foes at your current location. For 20 seconds, foes in this area move 50% slower.
ok, here is the plan.
say im fighting right smack in the middle of a king of the hill match....
i use this combo:
Arcane Echo + Crystal Wave + Echo + Crystal Wave(from the first echo skill)
cast arcane echo then go with crystal wave, now i got another crystal wave to spam really quck but i dont use the second one just yet, i then cast echo and then the 2nd crystal wave, now i should have a 3rd crystal wave, and i spam that one as soon as i can.
in less than 10 seconds, i would have popped out 3x crystal waves dealing 282 damage to all nearby foes (kind of hill, so this should be a few foes) and after that i would use after shock to deal another strait 95 damage. for a total of 377 damage in less than 10 seconds to all nearby foes. that should turn the tide of any king of the hill battle.
click these numbers:

skill 5 <-----echo #2
skill 3 <-----use your cwave "echo" deal 94 dmg and give cwave skill to echo #2

would that work? or am i missreading how the echo skills are used?

thats about 15 seconds of casting managment. dealing for a total of ....
95x2 and 94x 3 = 472 total dmg.
that would nearly clear out the entire area around me.

Scaphism
A couple of things:
You're going to burn through 40 energy off the bat, just casting Earth Attunement(10), Echo(15), and Arcane Echo(15).
Earth attunement supposedly pays for itself in the long run, but you're killing over half your energy pool just to set your combo up. You only have enough energy to cast crystal wave 4 times once you've gone to all that effort to get 3 copies of it.
Drop Echo and pick up a better elite.
Ether Renewal and Energy Drain come to mind.
Finally PBAOE attacks don't work nearly as well in practice as they do on paper. If you do stick with them, you should definitely give Channeling a good look.

Don't drop Earth attunement, it's giving you nearly 5 energy every time you cast an earth spell. You want to find a way to use Both at the same time, that way you can keep chaining spells together.
If you're committed to using PBAOE spells, bring along Aftershock instead of Echo. It has a better cooldown than Crystal Wave and it's going to do a similar amount of damage. You don't need to give up 15 energy to set it up either.
