Weird ERR=7 situation

Like many others, I am experiencing problems with getting disconnected from GW with an ERR=7 message. The odd thing I noticed about this, is it happens every hour, at :37 minutes.

For example, I will get disconnected at 12:37, 1:37, 2:37, 3:37 regardless of when I log on, or anything else. I thought maybe I was leased a new IP adress every 1 hour, and it just so happened to be at the :37 time, but that was not the case. I'm confused as to what the problem could be that causes me to disconnect every hour, consistantly, and what other issues could be causing this.

I'm having troubles today, never did before. Strange that my last one was at 2:37 exactly.

Maybe just a coincidence?
