Yes you get this from finishing a quest in (I believe) Piken Square. I just started a monk character a little while ago, I don't collect this stuff guys.

My monk actually uses a holy rod like this one, I have the collectors Healing Ankh and this Holy Rod was the only 1 handed weapon I've seen for a monk with +3 or more to energy.
As a monk I don't attack and stay in the back out of harms way so the + to energy comes in real handy
My holy rod has +10% damage which is useless, I wouldn't mind upgrading to 10% recharge. If you still have it shoot me a PM and I'm sure we could work out a deal. How would 500g sound?
