I was doing a mission with my Warrior/Ranger..about 5 times I was blocked by my pet from attacking..I would bring up my nearest foe, attack, and then be concentrating on my adrenaline and skills. I would look up and find myself just standing there because my pet was blocking me. MAKE PETS WALK THRU'

If anything needs to be made traversable it's spirits. IMO making pets walkthroughable (no, that isn't a real word) would make them even more useless than they are now. Pets need more important fixes than this.

i guess a slitely better ai with the pet might be good. the way they upgraded the henchies.
i have a bear and it does block me sometimes in battle.hehe

Taking the collision off pets would be one of those subjects which would upset one half of people and appease the other half.
It's quite a big decision.
Spirits however, they should be kept how they are or alot of people in UW would be very upset indeed, especially trapper groups.

Pets were designed specifically to be blocking, so that they can be used as a "meat shield", meaning that an attacking warrior can not just walk through your pet and attack you.

I have the exact same problem, also as a W/R. Man, I've lost count of how many times it's happened! 
They upgrade the game regularly, so hopefully they'll fix this soon. If they don't, then my party members will keep dying as I can't help them. Not to mention you look like a right n00b when you get stuck.
