The prices of stormbows vary with the people you sell to, the time you sell them at, and where you sell them... Yesterday at Lion's Arch I saw max damage ones being sold from anywhere imbetween 7k and 35k. Constantly. I'd say you might be able to sell for ~30k if you get lucky.

yet no added dmg or mods other than highly salvageable if you wanna sell it get a fortitude grip and a string upgrrade so it reads Poisoners storm bow of fortitude 15-22 (req 9) Highly salvageable, Lengthens poison duration on foe, health +21
