They must have

14%/15%+ dmg while enchant or in stance.

req, preferably 11 and below. gold is good, although 14%/15% dmg mods usually imply gold.

Obviously, good mods are a bonus but low-end mods like +10% swordsmanship will be treated almost same as non-existent.
