Have they announced what races will be in the next "chapters"?

EDIT: I might as well throw a second question in here to save space....I'm a World of Warcraft player, I'm wondering if anyone here has played both, and what the differences are. Thanks

They haven't confirmed that races will even be apart of the next chapters but rather that there's a possibility that they might.

I don't play WoW so I can't say but if you search the boards there are plenty of comparisons already out there.
