low req is underrated

I bought a 14-27 req 7 stormbow for 8k and I was extremely happy because my monk could use it at a stage where most people were asking me what bow that was etc. (ie. newbs, no harm intended)

it worth x100 more if it has +15%(hp>50, encht, stance)

Oh, I am sorry, so 15-22 is fake damage? Can I get a solid PC? I"m having some people say 4k and others say 2k.

it has max Base dmg, not fake, dun worry
but PERFECT(max base dmg + max modfier) things can be 10 times costy, even if it is just 1%(+14%, 15%) difference

PERFECT cool looking thing can cost u another 10 times of gold

2k if u are too lazy to find sum1 who need it badly
