Ruins of Surmia - I'm sorry

Okay, so today, I'm in a PUG with 3 others - a wa/mo (the leader - can't remember his name), a r/mo, a mo/war (Hoo Chi), and me, a war/nec. We're doing Ruins of Surmia mission. As soon as we start, the r/mo drops. No prob - Hoo Chi was an awesome healer. As soon as all the prisoners are released, Chi drops. We get Rurik to the drawbridge, start the bonus, and after dying and being resurrected where the Ember Bearers are, my comp crashed.

So, on behalf of The Lady Ischade, I'm sorry. Hope you didn't get too upset with me.

Hey, I find it admirable that he's taking this shot-in-the-dark, although if you were doing well in the mission, I'm sure the last man standing knew it was a d/c, and not something rude.

I love when people say "Sorry to be rude" as they then seem to think that by saying that, they have a license to be as rude as they'd like.

I was just hoping the player I dropped out on might see the post. If you don't care, don't read, and don't bother to reply.

I KNOW!!!! LOL...isn't that the stupidest thing to say? "Sorry to be rude..." Um no..if you were actually sorry to be rude you WOULDN'T BE rude, since rudeness is not required in order to comment. Actually you like being rude but you apologize because you don't want someone to be rude back and hurt your itty bitty feelings. Admit it.

The same thing has happen to me a few times since I suffer from the ill-be-gotten ATI + Guild Wars != Work 100% of the time.

I would like to think most people wouldn't get all butt-hurt over it, but after reading about other's experiences on the forums they most likely constructed a voodoo doll in your likeness and are planning a midnight ritual.

I applaud your desire to set things right!

I got disconnected in a mission a few times. It even froze my computer. So, I had to restart and relog in. Thankfully, I remembered a name of the party those two times, and send them a whisper and said I'm sorry, explained briefly what happened, and asked them to let the other's know what happened.

The fact that it bothered you that you got dropped out(disconnected) shows good character!

If you ever get your computer working properly, just look me up and we'll team up..........

lol Just Kidding!!!

You speak the truth. Don't waste your time, they have already gotten over it. I don't even blink when someone d/c from my group.

I think it's no more for the other guy than for Bloodarrow himself/herself. Perhaps the other player didn't even think twice about it, but Bloodarrow wants to apologize anyways and I, for one, admire such gesture.

I know how it feels, Bloodarrow.

Good job. Way to be an ass.

I think we all need to give Bloodarrow some respect for even attempting to apologize. Kudos.

I believe the OP mentioned that she/he didn't remember the person's name.
Regardless, why would someone try to crap on an apology post anyway?
